One of my previously orederd V515w printer cartridges (new out of the box) did not work. The printer gave a error message saying the color cartridge was not installed. I ordered new black and color cartridges and they work as designed. During the ordering process I was not told the part number's had changed so when I got the new cartridges I had to spend time calling to find out if I had been sent the correct cartridges. I was never offered a free replacement cartridge or credit for the defective cartridge (I still have it).

While this ink works well, the printer does not. Just as soon as it finally fails I will end my relationship with Dell products. All Dell products....

purchased this cartridge a month ago, have printed so many coupons, and I still have ink! I have been purchasing the same cartridge for over 2 years, and have not had any problems.

Since day 1 this printer has not held up to standards. The black ink while being full, will not print or prints very few pages. If the color runs out the black will not print. It is very frustrating considering the cost of ink cartridges. I really wish my Dell 942 would still work, I actually used it after buying the 313 but it broke.

I have owned my P713w Printer for 5 years and love it, as a college student I used it a decent amount with dell ink at a reasonable price, always bought the 21 series as it is lower in price never had an issue as this printer is designed to be very easy to literally "click" your ink cartridge into. I recently bought this color cartiridge 330-5883 which is listed as fitting my printer however the 2 "horns" on the back of the cartridge prevent it from fully clicking into the printer head to be of use. I have called two Dell service agents who only degraded me and insisted I bought the incorrect toner when I typed in my exact printer and that was the first ink option that showed up. I will be going somewhere in person to find ink that fits my printer now as this has become a drawn out headache for me to simply print a few colored copies.

I got the Single Use Standard Yield Color Cartridge (Series 21) for Dell V313/V313w All-in-One Printer (from dell.com). Installed same as previous cartridges, but color won't print even after deep cleaning print heads twice. Old black cartridge still works fine.

printer is great my complaint is the amt of ink these cartridges. I do not print much maybe 10 pages a month & I have had to replace ink for the 3rd time. I have had this V515w printer for just 15 months now

I recently purchased two series-21 black and one series-21 color ink cartridges. I will not be buying any more series-21 ink cartridges! Barely got 50 pages printed before I started having problems with both. I ran the clean cartridge, alignment and print test maintenance functions. It may have been coincidental but what are the chances that I'd have problems with both the black and color cartridges! Hopefully, I won't have the same problem with the 23-series ink cartridges.

Cartridge does the job but Dell gets you in with sale prices on printers and makes up for it with price of ink cartridges. Other brands of cartridges are not compatible and refilled ones don't last long IF they work at all.

Dell ink lasts a long time. I have bought ink from other companies and it runs out within weeks. Dell ink lasts for pages and pages. It is very frustrating if you are working on a special project and run out of ink. My dell printer is wonderful and the ink is perfect. I can even print pictures on regular white paper and it looks like a real photo.

This cartridge lasts as long as it's advertised to. I don't do much color printing, but the ink didn't dry up and I used almost all of it, according to the "check ink" tool. Price is about average, fast shipping. I didn't really want to buy a new color cartridge, but I was having trouble with the black ink leaving streaks and the diagnostics wouldn't run without a new color cartridge. That's the only downside of the V313W that's I've found.

Dell makes a good product, and I have them in my home, but this cartridge doesn't last long in a high-usage situation. Some folks here are changing their cartridges in 4 weeks.
