Works extremely well in studio with my off and on camera flashes. I had to make some adjustments with the Velcro attachment configuration, but was able to attach the unit to my in studio flashes securely, so I did not have to worry about it falling off and injuring clients. The light pattern it throws is comparable to a snoot, but a little larger in diameter.

Does pretty much what it says it does but attaching it is a little clunky. Hard to get a tight fit
