Not as long as I imagined but its ok'

due to the description I had the impression thai it would work in a really nice distance, but its working range is shorter than the informed in the description.

Exactly what I wanted.

I use this with a on a Newton rotator with diffuser on my flash to soften flash and reduce shadows. It is a perfect length. Just enough to allow easy manipulation of rotator without getting in my way. Having all cords exit the same side on connectors really helps with this. It fits my needs perfectly. Wish NIKON had built one years ago.

Hits the mark

Great price point on this cord versus the Nikon cord. I'm using this with a Nikon D300 with battery pack and a Stroboframe Press-T bracket. This shorter cord eliminates all of the unnecceary length of the Nikon cord flopping around. If your going to get the flash off of the camnera to some moderate distance, you're probably going to go wireless, and not put up with a cumbersome cord. This shorter cord is perfect for use with a bracket. Appears to be well made with metal parts where metal parts should be. The flash gun tilt mechansism is a nice added feature.

Finally, a TTL cord with a bounce feature. No more close up shots missed or ruined because the flash was unable to angle down to give complete coverage to the subject.

This cord can be mounted onto an accessory shoe or a light stand. Just remove the locking screw that would be used to secure the unit to an accessory shoe and a 1/4-20 female thread remains to allow the tilt shoe to be mounted to a light stand or tripod.

Full dedicated operation of the flash is the same as if the flash were mounted directly onto the camera hot shoe. 1.6 feet / 1 Meter.
