I need a remote flash cord that will get a tripod mounted flash at least 36 inches offset from my Sony A77 camera to avoid reflection from light fog and water droplets. My first try with this cord allowed me to get the flash 45 inches to the left of the camera before the tripod on which the flash is mounted begins to tip. This meets my requirement of 36 inches. On the first test it worked fine. Problems: 1) It is difficult to mount the flash on the remote fitting because it is so very tight. (Flash fits just fine on the camera.) 2) There is no strain relief on the cable ends. It will obviously break where the cable enters the flash holder - the individual wires can be seen around the opening. When the cable breaks I'll have a $45 remote flash holder!

Tilt TTL Cords
Finally, a TTL cord with a tilt feature. No more close up shots missed or ruined because the flash was unable to angle down to give complete coverage to the subject. This cord can be mounted onto an accessory shoe or a light stand. Just remove the locking screw that would be used to secure the unit to an accessory shoe and a 1/4-20 female thread remains to allow the tilt shoe to be mounted to a light stand or tripod.
Full dedicated operation of the flash is the same as if the flash were mounted directly onto the camera hot shoe. Available in 2 Lengths 3 feet and 6 feet
