Rather than have separate cases for all my filters I found this holds all my filters in one place and most of all protects them from damage. Only issue I've found is they are a little easy to cross thread.

I find these so handy. They keep the filter clean and safe when it's off the camera, they truly are stackable - one filter atop another - and they take up little space in a gear bag or vest pocket. When the sun disappears and you need to remove your polarizer, these are the perfect safe place.

The most compact and safest way to carry extra filters, like a polarizing filter. However, with filters like a polarizing filter that have a rotating ring, it may be hard to unscrew if you screw it to tight.

Seems to be well made but it is a bit hard to open.

Makes for compact, lightweight filter travel. Why they always show the know on one cap is beyond me, they are both flat.

One word of caution if used with +diopter close-up supplementary lenses -- some close-up lenses have enough curvature to cause (for example) a +4 to touch the glass of a +1 screwed on top of it. Be sure to nest them with increasing curvatures or they'll get scratched. Also, some very thin profile higher diopter lenses will touch the interior of the upper stack-cap.

Filter stack Caps allow you to store your same size filters safely and keeps them clean and handy for use. A Filter Stack Cap consists of two metal caps, one male and one female. Your filters are secured in between.
