Along with the Flashpoint DSLR Shoulder Rig, I bought the Follow Focus to manually pull the focus. I love the prongs that can be positioned around the rings and the whiteboard material to mark additional focal points. The turning is very smooth and is overall a great product.

I was surprised by the large size of this device. You will not be able to space these closely enough to use more than one at a time such as for focus and zoom. However, the size does give you plenty of mechanical advantage and feel. It is very smooth, feels like it has fluid dampening. It works great with my Sony FE PZ 28-135 zoom.
