None of our shooters likes to use them

Out of the 6 we have 4 of them now have bad power cables. They never come off the cameras so not sure how the cables get worn so easily. One even gave an electrical shock when trying to power it on. Not hot strike so need to wait 5 minutes to turn it back on after turning it off. Takes about 15 seconds to power up to full brightness. Not good if you're running and gunning for news.
