Earning points on qualifying purchases is limited to 50,000 for VIP and VIP Perks and 100,000 for VIP PRO members per member year. Your member year will be based on the date you opted-in to the Adorama Rewards or the new VIP Rewards program.

If an item is returned, any points you earned on that item will be deducted from your VIP Rewards balance.

Earned points from online purchases (including bonus points unless stated otherwise) will be posted to your reward account 35 days from the date the orders ships and/or within 35 days of in-store purchase. Points will become available within 2 business days of order shipment for VIP Pro members and/or within 2 business days from order invoice date for in-store.

Points earning outside of purchases may vary by the activity including:

• Points for joining VIP Rewards, providing birthdate, are posted immediately upon completion of qualifying action.
• Points for making first purchase as a member are available once your first qualifying order ships.
• Points for social connections (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X in Ways to Earn) are typically awarded within two (2) calendar days.
• Points for making four (4) or more purchases will be available within four (4) calendar days of your fourth order shipping.
• Points for referring friends will be available within 30 days of your friend opening a new online Adorama account, joining the VIP Rewards program, and making a minimum purchase of $50. Your friend earns points when they join VIP Rewards.
• Bonus Points for leveling up to VIP Perks will be available upon you reaching the minimum spend within your member year and are upgraded to VIP Perks status.
• Bonus Points for upgrading to VIP PRO will be available within four (4) business days of becoming a Pro member.
• Bonus points for first trade-in for VIP PRO members are posted within two (2) business days of the completion of the trade, that is, when the VIP PRO Member receives a credit invoice for their trade.
• Bonus points for VIP PRO members annual membership renewal are posted within two (2) business days of Pro membership renewal.

One of three things may have happened:

• The program awards points for qualifying purchases. Taxes, shipping, discounts and promotional gifts don't earn points.
• You may not have signed into your Adorama account. You must be signed in at the time of purchase to earn Adorama Rewards points.
• Your points may not be ready to post. It takes 35 days from the time your order ships for points to post to your account. If you're a VIP PRO member, your points will post when your order ships.

Your friend must open a new online Adorama account to join VIP Rewards and make a minimum purchase of $50 from the referral invite for you to earn 1,000 points. They receive 1,000 points for opening a new Adorama online account and joining VIP Rewards. Note that if your friend is a current or returning customer, these rewards are not available.

All you have to do is log into your account before you make your purchase. When you go to check out, you'll find your available rewards under the "Offers and Rewards" section. Apply your reward toward your purchase at checkout. It's that simple.

For store/phone, provide your email address to the sales representation so they can look up your account information and apply available Reward points.

You can redeem with as little as 500 points, that's $5 value in reward points, all the way up to 20,000 points ($200 value in rewards). More points mean bigger rewards. Check back regularly to see what new rewards we may offer and how many points they require.

Once you join the VIP Rewards program, spend $1,000 within 12 months of your member year to level up to VIP Perks. Your member year will be based on the date you first became a VIP rewards member. Calendar-Year Change (effective January 1, 2026):
