Needed when using more than one camera

These are a must when on a shoot with more than one camera body. Saves much time and wear and tear on the screw threads.

Great replacement

This is just like the original. I love that it has the cork padding and slide proof red safety stop. I rate this a 4, which I would for the original, just because the screw loosens too easily with the weight of the camera/lens, even when wrenching it tight with a coin or tool. I'm still very glad I have it.

About Giottos MH-646

This finely machined and calibrated 50mm plate measuring 2" Wide x 2" long (50 x 50mm) with 1/4"-20 camera screw designed for the Giottos MH-656 quick release clamp system is an "Arca Swiss" type, which fits on any Arca style system as well, such as Arca-Swiss, Graf/Studioball, Wimberley, Foba, etc. It does not however fit the Arca Swiss Flip-Lock.

This plate features anti-twist reversible tabs on the plate that are designed to prevent the camera from slipping when using the head in a vertical position.
