First one broke immediately

The first one I set up printed once, then broke and upon contacting the manufacturer, I was told it was an internal electrical malfunction and needed to be returned. 2 others that I have are working fine.

Excellent

The printer is quick and the copies are sharp. As good or better than copies from any commercial store. Scanner is easy to use. The copies look as sharp as the orginals. You won't be disappointed. Great value.

Canon finally got it right

We use this printer for heavy printing, scanning and copying. The the quality of printing is excellent. The scanner is super fast. Although we do not use it to print pictures, i did try it once and the quality was excellent. This cannon printer is all you need for home use and is a great value for the money.
