Same as worked great then stopped

Didn't use it that much printed some documents for school here and there and a few coloring pages once in a while could go a month or so not printing. Had it for about a year. With full ink acts like its printing page even comes through but page is blank. Now with a full ink cartridge it's saying it needs to be replaced. Thought maybe its the 2xl black ink, bought a new single cartridge and same issue.
