HP driver Software
My HP All in one printer C6280 needs Adobe Flash Player. Which had ended Dec 31, 2020. I strongly believe you should update the drivers so my printer is fully functional. If not I will never buy any other device from HP.

Long time to fill a small order
Many attempts to fill the order. Glitches with website were resolved over weeks. The order was eventually placed, but the order was not process for weeks afterwards. It took about one month (give or take) from the successful placement of the order and receipt of the items (2 ink cartridges).

Brand new cartridges is only 3/4 full.
I just put the new cartridge in my printer, haven't used it yet and my print gauge shows it is only 3/4 full!

I just received my HP 02 ink cartridge and one out of 8 cartridge was receive in good condition. However, I received one ( HP02 Magenta ) that appears that have broken and ink had spilled out in the package. I called and had email chat to advise of the problem but the representative just stop emailing me of what I need to do or provide advise. what a poor and pathetic service. If HP do not contact me I will call my credit card company to reverse the charges. Thank you. poor ....

Trust worthy
HP printers are durable and I like the individual ink tanks, I've used them for years.

Easy to order straight from HP
I just received my HP Cyan Blue 02 cartridge just in time to replace the old one. It takes a little longer to arrive so do it ahead of time.

I am thankful that HP continues to stock ink cartridges, such as #02, for older printers that still work well.

Doesn't last long
I am very happy with my printer and the black ink cartridges but the color one seems to run out very quickly. I used the ones that came with the printer and ordered more when I signed up for insta ink. I got an email with my first inst ink that said it might not have been a true HP cartridge? My new one hasn't arrived yet. Hopefully it will last longer.

Too expensive
I wish the ink cartridges were more reasonably priced. I do minimal printing and it seems they do not last long. With the high cost of the cartridges you could go buy a new printer every few months. Such a waste!!

Just what I needed and prompt service!
It is hard to find the needed ink cartridges for my HP printer as it is no longer considered a new model. So happy that I am able to purchase online at HP and they give prompt service.

Disappointed
Purchased this cartridge about 3 week ago from the HP web store at a reasonable price with next day free shipping but after I installed it my HP Photosmart 3210 all-in-one printer I got the message "The following ink cartridge appear to be missing or damaged " with the symbol for the Cyan cartridge and from that point on the printer would not acknowledge any requests to print documents even in black only. I followed the instructions at the HP web site for doing a hard restart and cleaning the cartridge contacts but to no avail. This printer is probably 15 years old now and was kind of pricey but repairing it will exceed the cost of a new one. Not sure I will buy another HP, I will need to see if any manufacturers offer one that can default print in black only if the color cartridge is empty or missing.

Regret the unavailable of single cartridges
Though I value the quality performance of my HP Photosmart D7360 printer, it is getting increasingly difficult to conveniently purchase ink cartridges for it... and never with any savings other than purchasing the combination pack, which never equally uses all colors in the pack. I have been unsuccessful in finding another similar HP ink jet printer that utilizes 5 colors. Even if I did, I resent the fact that HP cannot find a way to make ink cartridges interchangeable with various models.
