I used to get next day shipping for free. Now it takes10 to 16 days! Who wants to be without a printer that long? I am very disappointed in HP for doing that.

I bought this to replace a needed new one so even though it was leaking used it. Not happy about lack of ink available. This is the first time and I have been happy with other cartridges.

I have been buying from the HP Store for years with no issue. This last batch of 02 cartridges however no longer work in my Photosmart 8250. Printer gives a replace faulty cartridge error. A call to HP Technical Support confirmed that this is the case. Not sure how an 02s can differ all of a sudden but they do. The HP Store needs to update their description.

I have had my printer For about 15 years, It has been very good and prints excellent photos! Locally I usually get my refill cartridges at Bi-mart because they are the only local supplier! However, when I cannot get new cartridge I go to HP. When I need to buy 3 or 4 then it pays me to get them from HP. I use to buy the larger refill because they last longer!

Have an older HP Printer (C7200) which uses 7 different color cartridges. Fortunately they are inexpensive individually and easy to find and fit. With Photo paper, this printer rivals commercial photographs. With normal paper, it is still very close to producing photographs. Old does not mean Unusuable.

Ordered ink on 6/8/2020, received ink on 6/17/2020. Not the 2 day delivery I had expected. Also sometimes the cartridges go out of date before you have a chance to use all the ink in them

Very happy. Price still a little high but at least it was in code and fit perfect so I could get printing again But it did take a very long time to receive the ink.

I have an older model HP printer, that I really like and still works, but is getting hard to find the ink cartridges in stores. I have ordered from HP several times, and am thankful I can still get the ink cartridges online. They have quick service and I receive my order in a timely manner.

It's still available, but I needed a chat session to have an assistant find it for me. But it was Christmas letter time and I got w/i 2 days. Printer is still working fine.
