I order my ink cartridges from HP because the service and shipping is prompt, plus shipping is free. Also, I'm pleased that HP carries the cartridges for my HP All-in-One printer which is getting quite old.

would never consider using a non-HP product in my printer. Tried once using a non-HP paper product and had all types of tbls...Love you toner, have never experienced any pbls with any of the toner products.

This was a great way to order a supply of HP #56 printer ink. All I had to do was put the information into my computer, and in less than a week it was at my door. I agree with most that the HP ink works the best with the HP printer. My biggest complaint is the price of the ink versus the number of pages printed. I don't print on a regular basis, actually very rare to print at home. I'm not sure if the ink evaporates or dries in the tank but it seems that I don't get many pages before the printer tells me it is low on ink. I've found that for the price of new cartridges, color/black, it is almost less expensive to purchase a new printer. I've found printers starting at $29. When I do print, it is usually typed pages and occasionally advertisements or coupons with minimal pictures. I prefer to have my photos printed on a professional printer. It seems the professionally printed paper & ink last longer than the home versions. At $45 for ink and an advertised 500 pages, each page is $0.09, not including the price of the printer and shipping. I doubt that I've ever made 100 sheets per cartridge. I'm thinking about looking for a laser printer that uses the powder toner to see if it is less expensive and can survive long idle periods. Thank you.

Quality I have come to expect from genuine HP ink cartridges at a better price than I have been able to find anywhere else. Sure you can find off-brand replacement cartridges but you get what you pay for.

I have used this product many times and have always been satisfied. It is a long lasting cartridge with good color (black) print. It dries quickly after printing and doesn't smear after drying.
