Bought a new 2013 windows 8 HP computer printer combo recently - the printer still had the demo cartridges, so when it was time to order refills (the computer came with printer software to do all this for me) I was surprised to find that I had ordered the wrong cartridges. I'm usually pretty diligent in checking to make sure I order the correct parts, but when my software says, here is your printer, and here are the cartridges you need - I assumed it was correct. When I called HP to inform them of the error - they told me to keep the cartridges sent to me in error and they would overnight the correct cartridges that same day. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. Now if they can only fix the software glitch that ordered cartridges I cant use in either in either of my HP printers...it was a nice effort.

The cartridges were received very quickly and work perfectly in my old deskjet 3320..

The combo packs are the best price for both types of ink. They keep one from having to order more than one product.

Easy to use and install; good color saturation. Wish there was a way to tell how much ink was left in cartridge to avoid wasted printing efforts due to low ink supply.

I had trouble finding refurbished cartridges that worked, and when I finally did the quality was terrible. Clean printing is worth the extra cost to me.
