I tried ordering from other companies selling the refills, but found the products were inferior and I worried about them damaging my printer. I can always feel safe ordering from HP and the free next day service is wonderful. My only objection is the price and hopefully, with time, the cost of printer ink will drop dramatically. Ink cartridges are ridiculously priced, no matter what printer you own.

i ordered an ink cartridge and it was delivered promptly -- it was ink and it came in a cartridge and the cartridge fit in my computer

HP ink cartridges always perform with out fail. HP is all I have used for over 10 years. I can order replacement cartridges at 10 p.m. and have then delivered to my home by noon the next day..faster than going to the store. ;-)

I prefer to buy black ink in 2 or more packages as you get a better pricing on computer ink. This pack pricing was at a good price because I had a discount coupon for it at the time of my purchase.

I've never exchanged a product with such ease. When I realized I had made an error in my order, I called HP. I requested the desired product, was given instructions to follow on line, was immediately sent the return label, packaged and mailed the unwanted product back to HP. I don't know how but they knew the return item was on it's way because I had what I wanted in less than 48 hours. It was fantastic!
