This ink cartridge worked perfectly from the beginning, and the print quality is excellent. The importance of using original-equipment HP cartridges is knowing that print quality and consistency are always going to be there. What little more an authentic HP cartridge might cost is negligible when considering print reliability and consistency.

Plugged into printer and said it was expired and if I used it, it would void any warranty. So... I'm using it, the ink works but not happy it said expired.

I couldn't use it. I thought that I had ordered the large pack. My printer would not start with what I received because there was not enough ink in it. I was able to find a store with a large back and got the printer going.

I'm an Information Technology Professional and have used your products in the past without any issues whatsoever! Last week I received my order and installed 2 ink cartridges purchased from HP online. When I attempted to print a very important document which was the first report I printed after installing the print cartridges, page 1 printed but, was blurry and missing some of the characters. The remainder of the pages were not legible at all and only got worse! I was unable to hand in this vital report to my Employer that day! At this point after struggling with this cartridge for hours I decided to just throw it out and purchase another one at my expense! Very disappointed in the quality control on this product from such a large and reputable Company as yours!

The customer service people were great; the ordering process was great. The problem was the HP inkjet black cartridges did not deliver ink to the printer head. There was no plastic strip to seal the grommet where the ink comes out, so I think that the ink dried during the interval between production and delivery. I have informed Customer Service, and hopefully they correct this problem to assure a continued good reputation with HP products.

The black ink looks good on the printed page but is not water-proof. I like to use a yellow highlighter on documents but the print turns to a smudge with hp ink. I'm going to be going back to laser printing--regretfully, because otherwise I like my hp all-in-one.

I keep a spare cartridge to replenish my ink. For some reason, on at about 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, my printer decided to not accept my new cartridge due to "incompatability" issues. I called HP and had a new cartridge on early Friday afternoon, thus allowing me to complete my bulletins in time for church on Sunday.

This HP site can detect what ink is getting low on my printer and responds by asking me if I want to order at that time or at a later time. It gets to my home the next day and the shipping is free. It is one less thing I have to worry about.
