HP 02 Black Twin Pack Ink Cartridges

I love HP products, but the black HP ink cartridges had a changes dull color to it , everytime I print out a desigh. Instead of printing it's color black, the black color (after printing) is changed to a dull rust color. I did save a couple of examples. I asked for a full refund back. I have atached a photo of the design that was supposed to be trim in black around the edges, and a black design in the word LAS VEGAS.

I use only HP 02 inks on my Photosmart printer. Never had issue. I use HP Direct sometimes as I did this time for black twin pack. I selected 2 day shipping FREE and received in that time. Price was close to any I checked. Happy with this purchase.

You buy a stock of ink and if you do not use it in the alloted time you get a message that your ink   has expired.  This is a undesireable issue if you have to dump your supply before you can use it   up.

I like the convenience of a two pack black, since that is the ink that is used the most.

I always order HP ink cartridges because they have always worked well and are shipped right to my front door in 2 days. Never experienced any problems.

I like the colors used by the Photosmart printers. All works well and looks beautiful. Just wish they were permanent and not water soluble. If anyone has any suggestions, please tell me.
