Although the ink didn't last a long time after my level was empty like one I had a long time ago it worked every time until it was gone. The ordering and delivery time is extremely easy and the next day shipping is what it is.

HP inkjet cartridges perform well reliably, so it doesn't pay to try economizing with other companies' cartridges. Moreover, HP provides free next-day delivery: you can order ink cartridges in the evening and have them delivered next day for free. Can't beat that!

The ease of ordering and to some degree the price including shipping a definite attraction vs. having to go out shopping for items. The price still leaves me tempted by offers of re-filled or "remanufactured" products. I have yet to truly measure performance difference based on number of copies, shelf life or durability of cartridges in use. Overall it would seem that even with lower performance, the cheaper item does pay off. I would think that equipment manufacturers would prompt more buying of their products through lower priced consumables for them.

I always by my computers, printers, and inks from HP. Most of the time their products are priced less then if you were to go to stores. The best thing is the free shipping. You order your items on Monday, and there are your home by Wednesday, sometimes the next day

I mainly print black ink documents on my HP deskjet printer so appreciate the fact that I can save by purchasing the twin pack. Also enjoy the next day free shipping since I never reorder until light comes on to alert me that cartridge needs to be replaced.

For whatever reason, my orders fall under a "free next day shipping". I do not ever get that. I mark it, but it does not seem to go into effect. Otherwise I'm totally happy with my service and products from HP

I've tried the remanufactured cartridges but I think the genuine performs better with less waste. Also, i like seeing the ink level on the computer as a look-see to what's left in the cartridge. It may seem to a little thing to some but every little bit helps.

The support of older printers says that HP stands behind their hardware and has maintained customer satisfaction despite the more expensive refill pricing vis a vis Epson, Kodak, Ricoh etc.

i only use HP ink in both HP printers and the cost is significant over the year.. it would help if i could get a 98XL like the 74XL i buy. ps..dont forget to shake them before installation for max life
