Great product
Although printer ink is way too expensive, we have to have it. I wait for it to be on sale. When I purchase at Hp, I know I’m getting original cartridges, not refilled used cartridges.

I always order HP 564XL ink cartridges from HP. The color is nice and bright. The ink lasts a long long time. I can only praise this ink. I'm a happy customer.

I know that I can buy this product for less money at Walmart's, but I have an old HP Laserjet printer that I "baby" to keep it in good working order. I am 82 years old, on Social Security, and I cannot afford a new printer. I have been buying all my ink cartridges from you, as you can see. I am pleased with this one. However, I got an offer yesterday for the 564XL original Black, and it was $40! I bought one in January (order #H327184342) for $26.49! Why the big difference? Please respond. I have tried reaching you, but I haven't been able to reach you to ask you this! Thank you!

I have been buying HP ink since I purchased the printer. I made the mistake of purchasing an off brand ink at a cheaper price and had problems with my printer. Now I use nothing but HP Original Ink Cartridges.

Incompatible????
Used HP Assistant to determine and order the correct cartridge. Upon installation, printer gives error message that it is incompatible!

It just made more sense. Cost and benefit...high yield costs more but the benefits of not having to run out is worth it.
