When opening the black cartridge from package, ink leaked all over and spilled on my carpet. Bad seal on cartridge. Was a mess to clean up and disappointing.

Excellent quality photos on HP MATTE paper. Just wish HP still made Photo Smart + model printers and hope they still make the ink to go with it as well as HP Professional Business paper MATTE { can't find it at stores like Office Depot anymore}. 4 cartridge system far better than tricolor. You run out of a color in tricolor you have to waste other 2 colors while 4 cartridge you just replace color you're out of and good to go. Also getting a human being who is very willing to help me easily is greatly appreciated at HP. most companies don't offer this now a days. On a subject not directly related to product or service, but should still change is the fact that "Big Tech" is too liberal biased. HP pulled out of Texas because they wanted fairer, stricter, more honest elections. I know for a fact that 2020 elections were not fair. I couldn't sleep that night and listened to radio all night and heard how Trump won at 7 PM November 3rd, but as the night went on he suspiciously lost ground in the middle of the night and ended up losing the next morning even tough he won previouse day.

I like the fact that these cartridges are new, not refilled. I?ve never had a problem with an HP cartridge, but I wish they weren?t so expensive. I always return empty cartridges in the bags supplied by HP, but there?s no reward applied to a future purchase. That stinks.

I buy all of my cartridges directly from HP and have never had an issue. I’ve recently signed up for HP “Instant Ink” for my new HP printer. We'll have to see how that goes.

The product is fine, but the next business day delivery has gone. There is no longer any advantage to using the online purchase method since the price is about the same. The size of the XL cartridges still last for only a short time which causes me to change to Epson which offers printers that have bulk loading ink without cartridges.

Let me start with all the HP products I own. HP 564XL Magenta cartridge I have a HP scanjet G4050 which I use to transfer my 35mm films to my computer. I have a HP deskjet 6940 which is my workhorse. Never any problem with it since I owned it, I have a HP 4620 which I use as my fax, and again never any problems. I just purchased another HP printer for my other fax line. I would never buy any other product other then HP. You can depend on the service, and equipment you buy.

The HP cartridges are easy to install, clean and print wonderful color. I love my "does-it-all" HP Photosmart 7510 printer/scanner. I also like the fact that HP includes a postage paid envelope to return used cartridges. The only downside for me is the costs - I am on Social Security and craft a lot. I've tried off brands to try to save some money, but they just don't do the job.

All I did was purchase some ink. Hardly seems worthy of a review as I periodically do this. The only significance is that I always purchase ink from HP. Not only is the ink great, but free next day delivery is exceptional.
