For legal paper, the tray "adjusts" and sticks out past the front of the machine a couple inches. Looks dumb. In some envioronments people could get scratched by it. Or even break it, I suspect. But in my location they won't and it solves people pushing the machine back into the wall, keeping the old-style trays that were longer than the printer body from sliding all the way in. I've had the "printer won't work!!" call on that stupid problem a few times. So... anyhow... for legal paper users in search of elegance... this isn't it. But for users who want 2 letter trays and support to print legal pages once in a great while, this works without the problem of the old design, while adding problems of it's own. There must be a better answer than either of these, though.

With an added input capacity of 250 sheets and media flexibility, HP CB500A LaserJet 250 sheet input tray supports greater productivity and less printer management. Have different print media ready in the printer when you need it and print up to 275 pages without reloading.
