Ink cartiages always functioned properly. To bad my 4 year old printer is now obsolete and they are not going to manufactor the ink anymore.

I perfer to use HP inks for my HP products, they give me the results I am looking for. I produce a lot of written material and I am judged on the overall appearance of my products. This is where HP follows through by providing me with a product I can count on consistantly.

I enjoy online shopping for HP Ink. The service is great - I can order at night and receive my products the next afternoon. I did have difficulty using the code for a discount on my last order - I had to call for help by phone. The rep was courteous and helpful. My yellow #88 ink does not last very long - not even half as long as the other cartridges. My first ink order with my printer had a dry yellow cartridge - it would not register as being in place in the printer. Had to buy a new one immediately. You did make an adjustment on that purchase. The ink seems good but I do have a problem with the yellow vanishing so quickly. I've used HP printers for over 20 years, and would not purchase any other brand now. I tried an Epson printer about 10 years ago and sent it back after two days.

I have ordered this combo pack seceral times before and am reordering again. saves me time and money, I do not have to travel to the store to see if they have this ink cartridge in stock. As I run out of a color, I already have it on hand. I especially like the high density black cartdrige. I am a middle school teacher and college student. I use my printer on a daily basis. HP combo ink cartdriges rock!

cartrige does not fit a officejetpro L7780 and even thier customer service sends you to the wrong product.
