Fair price & speedy shipping
We needed to replace the collection unit on one of our printers and instead of buying off-brand or from a 3rd party, it was just as easy to buy direct from HP and at similar pricing. Works perfectly. Thanks!

We've been happy with this product. Although it originally wasn't available, the company surprised us by shipping it.

Be CAREFUL with their search feature
I put in the item # that I needed and it popped up right away. I didn't notice that the part I wanted was out of stock, and they were apparently suggesting an alternate.
I ordered two (one for now and one on hand). When they arrived, they did not fit the machine. Please do not "suggest" anything other than what is put into the search.

Spend money elsewhere
I don't see why you need to replace these. Best advice is to take it out and empty the excess collected toner in the trash then reinsert it. When it gets full, empty it again. Takes 2 minutes. Why buy a new one?

I have used this machine to print less than a 1000 pages and it is prompting me to replace the toner collection unit. I am not even sure there is a need for a rating at this time.
