Has served me well

I have been using this tray for over 3 years and it has worked great. The only problem I have had is with one particular brand of paper that will cause a miss-feed every few pages.

does not work

What am I doing wrong or is there a defect on this product - once I put in 250 or 500 sheet of paper the arm that picks up the paper does not and causes a jam - if I put 100 sheets in it is fine - but then what is the point in having a 500 sheet tray Can you help?
