While HP has jumped onto my disappointment and appears to be taking care of things, I was disappointed that the cartridges I received were not fully loaded. One was half-full; another was slightly more than half-full; and the other was only 3/4 full.

I am disappointed in HP. First, the cartridges hardly last due to their tiny size. Also, in the Photo Ink multipack...I would have assumed that photo black would be included...but it wasn't..So..I have the large regular cartridge and the multipack which was expensive and no photo black!! Not happy with how these cartridges are handled by HP...sorry HP...I have been loyal for over 30 years...but these cartridges are just way too expensive...

I work out of my home and have a Photosmart 6520 to do my printing. I need to order replacment cartridges too often and they are too expensive. (I guess I should have ordered another printer for my needs.) Multi-pack ink sets are great but I don't want or need all the "free" paper and craft project stuff. Offer cartridge sets at a lower price point WITHOUT all the unwanted "free" stuff. I have resisted ordering non-OEM cartrdges...but my willpower is weakening. The 6520 does print well!

I needed the ink to print labels. The print was beautiful, but the ink seemed to go really quickly. I didn't count the pages, but it didn't seem like it added up to 85 prints.

I was fooled into thinking this product contained the black ink cartridge. It does not!! Why wouldn't HP suggest the black ink cartrdige with this purchase? Obviously, I need ink, and the printer will not function properly unless ALL the cartrdiges are at proper ink level. Not a happy customer!!!

I like being able to get all the cartridges in one box. I do have a complaint that the printer shows there is still ink in the cartridge but it doesn't print correctly then. I do print a lot of pictures and I know the ink goes fast but the pictures are really nice. I also like getting the photo papers in with the ink

I have gotten ink from other sources before. It threw my printer fits because it wasn't the correct brand. It still worked, but not that well. This ink, however was easy to install and it looks wonderful. Of course the print pack paper with it makes it even better.

I only bought the photo ink because I was out and really in need of ink and the regular kind I get was unavailable. More pricey than the regular but does the job.

This is a excellent value for the cost. Rather than choosing ink individually, this photo group contains all of the colors that is used up before the color black. It also contains borderless sheets.

Very unhappy with quality of the machine. First, it is supposed to be wireless -- and that feature does not work on my machine. Second, the keypad often does not respond, and one has to keep pressing buttons repeatedly to get it to work. Overall, very disappointed in the product. Unfortunately, I don't have hours on end to seek support for a brand new machine. SO I live with it until I have time to find something better. So sorry this happened.

This will actually be the 3rd time I have ordered the combo 564 ink pack with the 85 sheets of 4x6 photo paper. What a wonderful combination and value. The HP ink works perfectly in my HP 6520 all in one. It is very easy to install the cartridges and I love seeing the message that HP original inks are being used. The speed of delivery is awesome with next day Fed Ex. I don't have to leave my home to hunt for cartridges, I get a good price with a frequent user's coupon, original HP inks and free 4x6 photo paper. For me it's a win-win situation. Will only purchase HP original inks and will only order from HP's website. HP has made their online ordering very easy and there is no reason to have to run out to a local store. I am a very satisfied customer.

This combo pack presents good value. When you need to get ink cartridges anyway, it's like getting 85 photo pages thrown in for free. I also want to say that the HP 7520 printer prints excellent pictures!
