Lot of unusable expensive features

Scanner is faster than my old 8270 but we have to scan to USB as we gave up getting the scan to network share working after hours of trying. Cant find any on line support. ePrint is a non function. Although it may workn once again, after hours of work I gave up as did others according to the HP forum. Maybe ports and protocols have to be opened in the in-house system firewall but no instructions.
