The Service Contract guarantees that your Printer, Scanner, Copier or fax machines will operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase or Mack shall repair the computer to operate properly.

This service contract may be purchased for New Products with at least ninety (90) days remaining on the original manufacturer's warranty.

The On-Site service will only be offered if your location is within a 25-mile radius of an authorized service center.

Your equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor). . This service contract applies only if the equipment has not been misused, cracked, tampered with, cosmetically damaged, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Service contract does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user's location, and it does not include non original manufacturer specification RAM, AC adapters, external hard drives, all batteries, any software programs, or sensitive information data on your system and other accessories.
