This company is great

I have Mack Insurance on my electronics. I dropped a lens and I had to send it in to them. They were quick to see the problem and ordered the parts that same time. It took 1.5 weeks to see the parts and it is worked on. It is nice to know that if the insurance is used, the time left on the contract is still in force.

Hope I never use it but....

With a tablet that is used everyday the chances of dropping and breaking the device are high. With this coverage I have the peace of mind to know it can be fixed and I dont have to save to buy a new tablet if something happens.
