Non answer to a question about product

The product was sent as ordered, but I ordered wrong unit. My concern is that I wrote asking for options and just got the answer (We don't stock that item). Quite a non answer for the question I asked about an alternative. This made me think about ordering again. The product ordered said for digital cameras with four AA batteries, but the plug did not fit my camera. I bought an AC adapter locally.
