Olympus PT-055 Underwater Housing for Tough TG-830 Digital Camera

The Olympus PT-055 Underwater Housing is a waterproof case enabling you to shoot beneath the water's surface with their TG-830 iHS digital camera. It has a depth rating of 148'. The housing provides access to essential camera functions via mechanical controls. It's constructed from durable polycarbonate. Using the optional 52-67mm step-up ring (PSUR-03), you can attach the optional PTWC-01 Wide Conversion Lens or PTMC-01 Macro Conversion Lens.

The wide-angle provides 1.6x magnification and a 100deg. angle of view; the macro offers 2x magnification and a 67mm filter thread. A supplied LCD hood shields the screen from unwanted light to prevent glare, while an included cap fits onto the front of the lens port to protect it against scratches, dust, debris and light impact when the housing is not in use.

The optional short arms PTSA-02 and PTSA-03 provide mounting points for the included optical cable adapter, which enables you to connect the optional PTCB-E02 underwater fiber optic cable to connect the UFL-1 electronic flash (not included). There are also two optional weights available to prevent the housing from floating too much underwater.
