Very Disappointed

I have ordered this product many times in the past, and my last 3 purchases have been very disappointing. I ordered the Projet Standard Weight Double Sided Matte Inkjet Paper, 5x7in 50 sheets, and they gave me the Universal Double-Sided Matt instead. The Universal is much thinner, and the sku numbers are identical, so even when I specified that I needed this exact type of paper, they sent me the wrong one. I went to the store to try to clear things up, and they tried to convince me that they were the same type of paper. I have no issues with the product itself.
