Jobu Design Surefoot Manfrotto-Adapter Plate

The Jobu Design Surefoot Adapter for Manfrotto Plate is a long plate that attaches to the bottom of a Manfrotto quick-release plate. This setup enables you to mount your camera & telephoto lens in a Gimbal head from Jobu Design - or in an Arca-style compatible head from another manufacturer. The Surefoot Adapter is designed for long lenses that do not have collars (such as a Tamron 28-200).

With etched millimeter markings along its base, the adapter can be used to properly balance most camera/lens combinations in a Gimbal head. Best of all, you won't have to remove your Manfrotto plate, so you can easily switch to shooting handheld or on a tripod.
