The product is good, my students are looking forward to using it to play back clips during programs and for replay during sports broadcasts. the Black Magic Tech support is extremely lacking. I asked for file export settings to allow the clips in the HyperDeck to play back on the Black Magic ATEM switcher and they were unable to provide any guidance.
