LG DP122 DVD Player, Multi Format Playback, USB Content Playback

I bought mine 9 years ago and it?s in perfect condition. I use it daily for homeschooling. It?s so sad that LG is not selling it anymore.

I bought the LG dvd player for the usb port option because I have hundreds of movies and home videos on memory sticks/flash drives. I was really disappointed that the player didnt allow playback of mp4 format.Even after converting a few files to mpg, I still got the error message saying playback wasnt allowed. So I'll be returning it to the store today. There should be more than one playable movie formats.

I have enjoyed this unit in our bedroom as it's small size fits perfectly in my shelving unit. The USB for pictures and movies is great ! Recommended.

I don't watch many DVD's, but bought this for those times I do. I purchased this player on 12/30/13 and upon attempting to view my 4th dvd in April of 2014, I heard a grinding sound when I turned on the player and then the door continued to open & close repeatedly! I was able to return it to Target, so I got my money back, but probably won't be in any hurry to purchase electronics from LG in the future!

I recently bought the DVD/USB, which is a small DVD player with a USB port. I have several of my favorite movies on a memory stick that I keep inserted into the USB port. This little gem allows me to watch continuous movies while falling asleep at night. Love it!!!!

I purchased the the DP122 because I had just purchased an LG big screen TV 55ls4500. Although both have great quality, I was disappointed that the two are not compatible. I called customer service who confirmed this. I was hoping for seamless integration.
