I ordered this speaker because it had all the features I wanted. Portable, rechargeable, but I had to return it because it had the same deficiency that I found in the Beats Audio system of the HP laptop I bought--insufficient volume. It's so frustrating to me as a customer that first, the audio system of the DV7 I bought isn't loud enough. Then when I bought a speaker to resolve that problem, I had to return it because it wasn't loud enough, either. I couldn't hear dialogue in movies that was soft but meant to be heard by the viewer. HP needs to review its loudness standards. I want to be able to turn the volume way up and especially when it's right beside where I sit, I think it's clear that they're falling way short of the mark on volume loudness being satisfactory.

Just got this to stream Spotify and it rocks, full rich sound fills our kitchen and family room. we have two Bose sound docks and this is as good but with more features and about a third of the price. Can't wait to use it outside while grilling and on trips. Very, very impressed with this speaker, connected to a Win 7 ultrabook and a Andriod phone in minutes.
