I like the LG Plasma Smart Tv overall the features are cool and easy to use,very bright Tv especially with Blu-Ray Movies very crisp picture. Very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Purchased September of 2013. Awesome price at Langley AFB. Great plasma for our bedroom. This type TV works great for darkened rooms. Probably not ideal for brightly lit rooms / sunny / with lots of windows. Features are easy to work / intuitive. Just connected the dongle that comes with it...after updating the latest NETFLIX program, worked like a charm. Hooked up my LG blue-ray...remotes are compatible! Great! Connections were easy, settings were easy/intuitive, easy to read manual. Have not had a single problem. Strongly recommend this plasma for those looking for a nice size TV in a darkened room.

This could be an awesome product, but - alas - it is not suitable for viewing 4:3 content. The picture quality itself is amazing but when it comes to display of 4:3 picture, this TV projects 2 ugly-looking anti-retention light-grey bars on the left and right of the picture with no option to turn them on or set darker. You can check the YouTube, there is a video with them. These are meant to protect the plasma from burn-in - and they completely spoil the viewing experience. LG has done a tremendous job creating a plasma with TruMotion frame interpolation engine (never thought it is possible), smart TV features, smooth 1080p AVI playback, 3D - and failed to implement the tiny option for changing color of anti-retention bars. My verdict is: this TV is not suitable for 4:3 TV broadcasts. Don't buy it unless you are pretty sure that you will watch only 16:9.

I would recommend this TV to anyone who has a medium size living room. I think it is just the perfect TV. I love watching movies on it! The picture is so good.

Love the fact that web sites are built in to the tv. The only problem I have had is it loses the internet quite frequently or it can't find the web site. Sometimes I have to reinstall the web sites in order for it to work. But when there are no issues, it is great.

I consider LG as one of the most innovative and reliable brands. Back in the days, I used to be a loyal customer of Sony, but since I bought my first LG TV, I never looked for another brand. My appliances, TVs and other devices are LG.

This review is for the 1st 24 hours, ill be sure to add 2 more reviews (weekly and monthly). 1st and formost i use to work in circuit city selling tvs, so i do know what im speaking about. Im not sure why they say its 720p when i get 1080i(comcast HD) and i get 1080p 60hz (ps3). For being a plasma (lower end model) it is just as good as the higher end models. Colors are great and the picture wizard does help how ever i would suggest paying (best buy $199) to be calibrated. The only reason i gave it 4 stars in overall rating and features is because it does not come with the magic remote and as of yet there are 1 or 2 websites that sell it. Also the Tv does not have Built in wifi, it comes with a LG wifi usb Doggle. One great feature that LG does not mention is that is has a glass protection coating (great if you have kids, or drunk roomates). The Tv smart features is good, i would say that if you can use youtube or nexflick via ps3/xbox or another device go for it, as LG still needs acouple more updates to get it running "butter smooth".. This is just part 1 of my review (as well all know plasma get better when you pass 100 hours of watching ). A plus about this tv, if you have a wireless keyboard, you can plug it (via usb) to the tv and type away, it makes it alot easier than using the remote clicking on each and every letter. i hope this helps stand by in a week for part 2. (PS I WOULD SAY GET IT NOW BEFORE LG RAISES THE PRICE OR LOOK TO YOUR LOCAL ONLINE RETAILERS)
