everything on it is very good picture quality and so on , but the problem when its turned off for some time the screen becomes yellow and then have to off and hold the power bottom for 15 sec every time i have to use it besides that is very good

I bought this tv several years ago. Unfortunately one day the speakers stopped creating sound but the picture still works great. I upgraded to a newer 4K UHD television however I really miss watching 3D movies on this TV. Hopefully they bring 3D back!!

When I first got it, it was a dream come true however, features slowly vanished from this once amazing tv set. The 3d app that came with the tv was discontinued so the 3d movies that they offered disappeared, then the tv stopped giving the channel information. The tv guide stopped working and later on. Just a little while ago, I had thick dark lines on the middle and right sides of the screen. Now finally it doesnt show a picture at all, just sound. While I was very happy with this tv for a while, the set lasted about 4 years. Now ill either have to repair it or get a new one.

Its a great TV. But is not a good smartTV, there is no more updates for it. So now i just use it for gaming. The browser is slow and most of the apps are outdated or don't work. i was able to stream movies from the internet when i bought it and after one update i could not stream from any site.

We bought this tv after month of doing research for a tv. Sad to say but the tv is 2 1/2 years old and has stopped working already.

When I bought this everything was fine. Then it did a compusory software update which virtually destroyed the Google TV software and my satisfaction with the TV. The web browser lost Flash Player so many videos can no longer be viewed. All Notifications both sound and visual disappeared from all my Apps. The Google browser is slow crashes constantly and is restricted.

I love this tv. 3d is amazing. Love that I can download apps to my tv. All in all. It's very easy to use. Only thing I'm a little disappointed in is the remote. Hard to see at night. And a little clumsy.

I like the google search feature the blueray and the wifi capability. Picture is awesome and the 3d is great. Delay in remote control timing takes some getting used to but I can live with it.

i am extremely good with technology and have been working around computer since I was young. lg please read this review and take it seriously if you do these steps will lead you to great success in later models. there is nothing I do better then finding the little things this is a great TV (the good -very slick -great hardware -amazing picture -extremely loud and clear speakers (did i mention how thin this is ?) -Google TV (will have updates) the bad -the interface is not ready - many apps lag when trying to open and especially when switching from one app to another going from TV to the home screen the most common thing to takes at least 5 seconds to accomplish -remote needs a lot of attention double up buttons /bottom button is hard to push they keyboard needs to light up /glow gestures need work why not just Ir simply to control other devices has no computer support wheel doesn't work in a lot of places, it should do exactly what up and down does - pip needs improvement input to input not available -no cable card support (game changer first company to have this integrated in their TV -Ir blaster doesn't control computer... i use windows media center common guys didn't support my zenith amplifier ir blaster should have copy remote feature( put remote next to blaster hit power and the IR blaster should be able to copy that code) -dual play needs work -Nvidia Tegra should be go to chip for all sleek devices

This is a really good TV, BUT there are no directions for use. Hard to figure out when hooking up. Hard to find to play DVDs. The exterior speaker setup is almost non existent. Should be able to setup each speaker on its own without any others playing. NO DIRECTIONS in the box. Have to have an internet connection to get updates. SOME PEOPLE don't have internet!! Just lack of respect for older people who are not savvy on all the new stuff. LG needs to address this issue!!

I purchased this TV online, got an awesome price($500 less than Best Buy), and I am thrilled with the picture quality and overall physical design of the TV. There are many features, more than I will use, but I do like the ability of getting online through the TV. Speed getting to the internet is slower than I expected, but that is why I have a PC! The biggest 2 flaws that I have noticed,(and maybe I just know how to set them up, not a very detailed owners manual): the ability to have a favorites list for channels I go to frequently, and the qwerty remote does not have a previous channel button for flipping between 2 channels. Sound quality is like most TVs'....ok, but much better when hooked up to my home stereo! 3D passive is the way to go...no charging of glasses with batteries, straining of eyes.

Besides the picture quality and 3D the google tv has some work to done to make it as awesome as the picture. The reason I bought this tv is because that owned a LG before and it is of good quality except on the older tv when I had a downloaded movie I could change the language on it but not the new one. Overall it is a very easy to set up tv.

This is absolutely the best television that I could find for the price anywhere. It has everything that I wanted in a television and more. I researched televisions for quite a while before I settled on this one and I am glad I did. The 3D is superb and as good as the theater. The Read D 3D glasses from the theater work for this TV as well. It came with four sets of glasses and we now have eight pair just from going to see a 3D movie at the local theater. There are too many positive features to list here. Let's just suffice it to say that picture quality, Smart features, and 3D all all they promised they would be and more.

We purchased this 55" model for its beautiful picture and its on-board computer. The picture was outstanding but we discovered the computer capability did not meet our needs which was to stream online basketball games. For example, we found that it was not compatible with ESPN3. The operating system was foreign to us, i.e. not a Windows-driven operating system that we are used to...no scroll bar, no hand pointing to active links, etc. It was also very slow in carrying out commands. Seemed to be underpowered for the screen plus web browsing function. Finally, the itty bitty keyboard on the back of the remote control was WAY too small for our fingers plus the arrow cursor kept disappearing after a few seconds which we found annoying. We never did try out the 3D function. We took the TV back and purchased a lesser LG TV to which we will attach our own Windows-driven computer.

The features of this LED are great. The many features for standard viewing to 3D viewing are awesome. Although some say 3D is out. LG brings it back to life with its 2D to 3D conversion. Gaming and Movies are great with the 3D feature. The google function is awesome. The picture quality is awesome!!
