Sorry to see discontinued! This LG headset product is & was the BEST!! Been a long time customer. The length for speaking, battery and standby beats all others. The side buttons easy and the retractable buds very good and durable. Searched for it everywhere and no luck. Very disappointed. It's a shame! Wish it would return. Don't fix something that's not broken.

So far so good. I purchased my headphones a year ago and they are still working. I just wish I could hear my notifications when I have them on but other than that I love them and I always use them...hands free!!!

I love my lg headset. Works well, except if you sweat a lot, but after some time the neck band gets weak. This leads to the wires breaking some then the sound isn't as good as it was. Still works with less volume. Very convenient for a busy person that needs both hands to work and still take calls or listen to music!

my wife and i used LG headsets for 6 years, but now they are sucking more. no tech specs, tech support has no clue when you call, they can NOT find tech specs for features, they say walmart site has the features, NOISE CANCELLING feature is NO longer on comparison and big buttons are gone, dumb friggen company, clueless!!!! used to be great, suck now

We bought the HBS-830 two months ago. They keep cutting out while using MS Teams during calls, either the sound or microphone. The microphone quality is very poor. Everyone complains they can't hear me and I go in and out. My work bought me a second pair thinking the first set was defective. The second set has the same issues. We'll be returning them.

my wife gave me these for Christmas . I had a pair of LG head head sets before but they got wet and stopped working but the sound and quality were great so she bought me the HSB-830 . What I got was good sound but the people i was speaking to could not hear me .

I shouldn't be replacing these after only six months. The sound quality is good. Battery life is wonderful. The collar design keeps it from falling out of my ears as I constantly move around. The retractable bit leaves a lot to be desired. They have to be fully extended to retract and now I can't hear anything out of the left side because the wire loosened from having to gently pull on them daily.

This is my favorite style of headset for work phone calls, plus walking outside & on the treadmill. I've had 2 sets over the years & on both, one side went dead. I want to order another. Can I get an extended warranty? Thanks!

This is my 4th pair of LG headsets. The first one I owned 2 years, the second one 4 years and it still works, better than these. I bought my first set of 830s and returned them thinking the seller sent me defected ones because no one could hear me clearly. However I bought a new pair to replace those and still the same thing no one can hear me this is extremely frustrating when you are spending this kind of money on a headset. I'm now out shipping, restocking fees, time and energy. Very disappointed in LG.

I have been using the LG Tone HBS-820 for a few years now. When I recently purchased the 830s, I was surprised to see that the buttons for skipping tracks had been removed. I understand how to use the features *now* but I thought the 820 design was better. I liked thinking of it as "phone-left" "music-right". Now I would have to think about how long to hold down a button to accomplish what used to happen in a fraction of a second. I went to eBay so I could go back to the 820, and gave the 830 to my son who needed it primarily for phone use. That's a workable solution, but I wish I hadn't had to make the decision or spend the extra money.

I purchased this headset about 6 months ago. For the most part my experience with it has been positive. The sound is decent. They fit around my neck nicely so they are easy to take with me. However, the other day the right earbud stopped retracting. The sound still works on that side but it won’t retract back into the headset. There is no way that I should have to replace this after just six months.

I got these as a gift at first didn’t like them. But after using them they are great I wear them at the gym and throughout the day I forget they are even on my knock. And because of that I have had these the longest of any head phones feel like I’ll never lose them cause I can keep them around my neck. Not super loud but good enough great headphones favorites I ever had.

I purchased this LGHBS830 originally in Nov 2019 it seemed to work fine at first but then it stopped I thought it was deffective so I returned the device to BJ's where I purchased it they were so kind and replaced it immediately. I took it home and paired and connected it to my laptop sucessfully. lasted a few hous but then I couldn't hear anything. I disconnected it and reconnected still nothing. I removed it still nothing. If I shut down the laptop and restart it and pair the device and reconnect it works for a short time and then gone again. So I called customer support which is no easy task. They informed me that they could not waranty the device because it had already been replaced. and their only suggestion was to go to BJ's and get the original device and they would gladly replace it I am sure that I am not the only person to have this difficulty. It must be a software or firmware upgrade that needs to be done. Any help would be appreciated.

I was gifted this earbuds last Christmas. Music and calls has excellent quality and comfortable around the neck, but people were saying that I sounded muffled when talking. After some checking, I downloaded the LG Tone & Talk on my smartphone. The software detected the device, applied a software/firmware update, and after checking settings, noticed the equalizer was set on Bass, change it to normal. After that, no more muffled voice!! Working great after that.

The best model of the LG tone brand. Last forever. I only charge them once every week or two. I wear them every day, and fit perfect under 90% of my collard shirts. I thought the wire looked super thin, but they still pull and retract great with great sound.

I love these headphones. This was the first pair of wireless headphones I have loved. They fit great and the battery life is great. Their sound quality is awesome. I have never had an issue with them for phone calls either.
