Not usable for 3/8"
We just got 3 of these. They are shipped with 3/8" to 1/4" inserts installed, and the inserts simply will not come out. The slots strip instantly, and further attempts (including heating the stud while cooling the inserts, and up to a large bolt extractor) also failed and effectively ruined the stud.
They might work on 1/4" bolts.
