The silver front "nose" tube (1.25") just pulled out from the larger black housing its screwed into. The diameters don't match exactly, and the threads don't connect.How can this possibly be? Yet here it is.Imagine a heavy, expensive camera attached to this adapter. The tubes separate. Out [$].Beyond belief.
