I wear glasses and hearing aids, so I've got a lot of stuff in and behind my ears to start with. What I like about this headset is that I can put it directly on my head and rely on bone conduction. I hear better and it's more comfortable for long sessions. (I checked with my audiologist - she says there's no harm in doing this.)

It plays audio in an OK quality and records audio in an OK quality in 1 set with 2 connectors. The ear rests are uncomfortable and the audio quality lacks any kind of real definition. For skype it's fine. I won't be reusing this for listening to music or gaming sessions though.

I mostly use for listening to music at home. I just find it a little hurtful after 30 minutes on my ear...
