Don't think it is AC-404 with speaker!!

I bought both this and the AC404 for video conference. I doubt whether the 406 is just the 404 with speaker and it would be great if so given it would be much more convenient and just $10 more. Unfortunately, they are not the same. The 404 can easily cover a range of 20 feet while this one is best if the people are around 2-3 feet from the mic. Also, the speaker is not really good and I am planning to add a logitech USB speaker to increase the clarity and volume. Hope it helps to save you some money. 404 + speakers is the right way to go for conference and the only valid use case for this is for personal or really small group communication!
