Perfect for my needs..

The perfect solution to avoiid using those on camera pop up flashes. It's light, powerful, and exposes perfectly.

A Step Up from the built-in flash

I purchased the Metz made for the Sony Nex line of cameras. The Nex 5r and Nex 7 have small flashes which will suffice for fairly close fill flash, but are not sufficient for more distance shooting. This works well for group shots indoors. The vertical adjustment allows for bounce lite shots off the ceiling.
