I always get a warranty when I get a refurbished or new electrical item. Most times, what ever can happen will sometimes happen and you want to make sure you are covered. One less thing to worry about.

This is a god send. i have looked at blueprint printers for many years and when i saw this one on your site it was an easy decision. Super easy to setup and to use. the only slow down was getting it into the correct format for the print but about 5 minutes later and i was in business. I've never had to use any of the New Leaf warranties I have yet so I don't have any real experience with how they are... here's hoping I don't have to use it but glad I have it just in case. I got it to cover a new printer I bought (to replace one that died). I do feel having an extended warranty these days with everything being so expensive to replace or repair is almost a necessity. Better safe than sorry.

I am the happy owner of the Ricoh Color Laser printer and would recommend it to anyone who desire sharp print. Despite the fact that toner cartridge replacement is rather expensive, the results are outstanding.
