LOVE THEM. The best umbrella holders!
I use these for my QFlash and speedlights. Rock solid design. They will not break when your lights fall over, unlike other plastic umbrella holders, especially the manfrotto copies. They are also much lighter than metal manfrotto umbrella holders.

Perfect for on-location lighting
I have been using this (and the previous model) umbrella / flash mount for over fifteen years and have never had one fail. Perfect for Quantum Q-Flash, Sunpak 120-J, and of course the Norman LH2 & LH52 flash heads. I have also been able to turn a light stand into a portable boom for my assistant to run a second light during wedding receptions (after yours truly left the monopod at the church!). One of the nicest things is that you can be very precise in aiming the light, with no preset detents, especially when using a snoot or other light modifier. For a portable studio, these are a must-have!
