what a sleeve
This is by-far the best (and only) sleeve adapter I have ever purchased. It does exactly what is advertised to do - adapts a 3/8" pole to 5/8". If there are any better sleeve mounting adapters out there, I haven't tried them yet.

A Perfect Fit
Had an old Norman light stand and a new Alien Bee that wouldn't fit on it. This adaptor fixed all that. I was wary at first thinking it might be some old school special order job but it arrived on my doorstep just a few days later. Couldn't be happier.
