Retraction.....

I'd like to retract my previous review. Although the bag did fray at the seam with the clasp pulling out of the same area, I do have to admit one thing....this company is awesome. I wrote them, sent pictures, complained, asked for suggestions on what to do. Could they repair it? They responded same day. Very polite, concerned and they gave the right answer. They replaced the bag free of charge....it was delivered within a week! Once again I am happy. This bag holds everything I want it to, holds it safely, looks good while doing it. I highly recommend this bag hoping that my original was just a bad sewing error. And if it wasn't, at least you know the customer service of this company will be very helpful.

doesn't last

I absolutely love this bag, really sad that the stitching from the handle to the bag is coming apart as is from one of the straps. It's fraying so there's nothing you can do about it. I take my gear everywhere I go. The bag usually stays in the car or house so it's not like I backpack/hike and use it like it's supposed to be, that's the disappointing part. It holds everything I have, easy access to it all, protects well. But to start fraying with less than 8 months light use, very disappointing.

Great idea, very shoddy workmanship

I bought this bag on 10-7-11 and used it to travel on an Expedition, I have Lowe-Pro bags but this one looked like it would hold more while getting in and out of Zodiacs and also had a cover to keep it dry which was built into it and I didn't have to buy a separate dry sac. In less than 2 weeks use the stitching fell apart on the handle and sides of the bag and also on the elastic for the wet sac. I can't tell you how disappointed I am since this seemed like a really good bag that would hold up and didn't.
