About Interfit Porta Prop ceiling Floor Background Set
Ideal for mounting paper or vinyl rolls for the mobile studio photographer wherea standard background support system would not be practical.The auto pole set simple push fits between the floor and ceiling being locked into place by the vertical bars of the kit.
The background rolls are held in place via the expan clamps which feed into the standard tubes of the background. The kits is able tohold up to three rolls at any one time allowing a quick and convenient change over of colour's to be used.

which crossbar poles are compatible with this system? It is a little bit confusing and no specifications of the opening for the bar is given to make any sort of assessment.

The system is mean to be used with paper tubes, the kit comes with the pulling system. If you are looking to use a generic cross bar pole you will need to buy additional grip (Manfrotto 039 U-Hook Crossbar Holders, Set of 2) which can be installed in the super clamps that comes with the kit.

can I use these to hang other backdrops besides rolls of seemless paper?

Yes you can, but if at all possible inspect package before you buy. I ordered mine online and it arrived missing parts and the overall build quality is very poor.

Is everything in this kit what is needed to set up the system to hang three rolls of seamless paper? I see in the picture that there are only two Chain Drives and Weights. Can I purchase an extra one to complete the set if it's not included?

Yes the photo shows only 2 but it comes with 3 chain drives and weights

The kit bring two chain drives because you only need to move up or down the two backgrounds located toward the front, the one located in the back should stay down unless you are planing to use another background behind the Interfit support system ....in that case you can order additional chain drives and weights.

Yes, everything except the crossbars are included. I would be careful of this item if you ordering online. It arrived at my studio damaged and missing several small pieces. Also, the tighten system is very flimsy and mine had a hairline crack when it arrived.
