I love how easy it is to throw in a bag with a small lightstand and shoot on location or in studio. I use it for portraits when I want a very directional controllable light source or when I need to shoot product or food photography. I often use the constant light source only as well as strobes when I need more depth of field. I have 4 of these lights and they have changed the ease of which I travel. Fully recommend. They aren't the fastest recycle time but for someone who also shoots film and is very careful they are perfect. I pair them with the Alien Bee Vagabond Lithium pack for amazing location lighting.

These are great. Setup quickly and have a nice softbox light without having to lug around and setup any diffusers. I have used them for portraits and product photography with excellent results.
